Job summary

You will coordinate day-to-day service, renewals, billing, and coverage analysis while maintaining high service standards. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, active P&C license, and CIC or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• CIC or equivalent professional designation preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
