Marsh McLennan Agency, McGriff division, is seeking an Account Manager II on the Commercial Lines team. The role involves supporting producers with larger or more complex clients, maintaining carrier relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of insurance experience, a P&C license, and strong communication and leadership skills. Remote position for eligible states with Hybrid work options and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Five years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Property and casualty insurance license.
• Strong client relations skills to build and maintain positive business relationships.
• Ability to utilize leadership skills by providing direction, feedback and development while motivating others.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

• Maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives.
• Analyze coverage needs and recommend appropriate coverages.
