The role involves handling policy renewals, billing, and coverage analysis with a focus on accurate processing and service excellence. You will collaborate with Account Managers and Producers, maintain systems, and ensure timely completion of tasks while upholding IOA values and policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven customer service, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals.
• Handle billing, claims, and coverage analysis for clients.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status to the team and ensure timely task completion.
