Job Description

At Ascentium Capital, the Direct Sales Account Manager develops new business while servicing existing clients for their financing needs.

Ascentium Capital, a division of Regions Bank, provides financing for business equipment and technology, serving small to Fortune 500 companies across various sectors including technology, healthcare, hospitality, franchise, and more. We aim to be the premier provider of customized finance programs that add value to our customers’ businesses.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new leads and prospects via cold calling and referrals to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct phone meetings with potential clients to discuss products, make proposals, and demonstrate value.
  • Communicate company products, services, and policies to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Ensure all client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted timely.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Meet monthly sales quotas consistently.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare and present customized solutions to clients.
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of all product offerings.

This role requires time tracking and is eligible for overtime under FLSA. It is also incentive-eligible.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in commercial, small business, or equipment financing sales
  • Proven success in meeting sales goals
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tools

Compensation includes base salary and variable incentives, with total earning potential of $40,000 - $150,000. Remote candidates require 3-4 years of relevant experience in equipment financing/leasing.
