Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in account management, or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license is required; CIC preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and client management software.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business to ensure retention and growth.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and respond to client requests.
• Renewals, submissions, and coverage analysis with carriers.
• Monitor billing, CAMs, and policy expirations.
• Lead the account management team and maintain data accuracy in agency systems.
