Insurance Office of America is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Lines to manage an assigned book, retain clients, and support new business across the California and neighboring states. A valid P&C license and the ability to work Pacific Time hours are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues, and ensuring no errors or omissions.
• Renewals: conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy.
