Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking an Account Specialist to support brokers in servicing commercial insurance clients. The role is based in the Atlanta area with all work-from-home arrangements; occasional visits to the Sandy Springs office are required for meetings and events.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of commercial insurance account servicing experience and a current P&C license, coupled with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: At least 2+ years of commercial insurance account servicing experience and a current property & casualty license.
• Strong, professional communication skills—written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to learn software systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Process client submissions, proposals, presentations, insurance summaries and reports.
• Provide day-to-day support with routine inquiries and transactions from clients.
• Support Producers and Account Executives with client servicing and research/analysis.
• Assist with renewal process, market comparisons, quotes, and coordinating binder accuracy.
• Maintain client files and handle invoicing and routine administration.
• Contribute to presentations and proposals for meetings with prospective clients.
