Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Commercial Counsel to partner with our commercial teams to negotiate, draft, and close deals. This remote-friendly role can sit in the US, including NYC, with potential access to company offices.

You will contribute to a fast-growing fintech environment and own critical contract processes. From day one you will lead the contract lifecycle, advise on legal options, and help build out our contract management platform.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent from a top law school with NY bar membership.
• 3–5 years of experience drafting and negotiating business contracts.
• Strong drafting, negotiating, and redlining skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and cross-functional communication.
• Nice to have: Market Research/Data Products background.

Responsibilities

• Develop contract negotiation and drafting skills across deal lifecycle.
• Guide commercial teams from NDA to closing.
• Improve contract management processes and forms.
• Collaborate with legal and business teams on reviews.
• Advise on legal courses of action to meet business needs.
