Reporting to the Managing Counsel, APAC, you will collaborate with People, Security, and Procurement to ensure compliant contracts while scaling the legal function for global operations.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified lawyer admitted to practice in India.
• 3+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating global commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate global commercial contracts including MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, NDAs.
• Provide practical legal advice aligned with internal policies and risk standards.
• Help develop and scale legal playbooks to support company growth.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and guidelines impacting commercial transactions.
