Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license in home state (required).
• 5–7 years’ experience handling 1st and 3rd party P&C claims or Agency/Brokerage Claims Advocacy.
• Professional designations (AIC, ARM, AINS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and facilitate claim resolutions and settlements.
• Coordinate reporting and advocacy for commercial property & casualty claims.
• Review coverage and policy language; prepare reconsideration requests.
• Monitor reserving accuracy and carrier investigations.
• Interact with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to drive outcomes.
• Direct oversight of litigation for select claims.
