Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, seeks a Commercial Casualty Litigation Adjuster for remote nationwide work. You will own complex auto liability and litigated claims, providing direction to defense counsel and settling within authority, including mediations and trials.

Responsibilities include investigating witnesses, reviewing medical records, negotiating settlements, managing defense costs and indemnity, and mentoring junior adjusters. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of claims experience.
• 3+ years in a Casualty claims role within P&C insurance with at least 1 year in a Sr./complex Casualty or Litigation role.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assigned as owning adjuster for injury exposures; manage claims through conclusion, including trial.
• Direct defense counsel; negotiate settlements within authority and balance defense costs and indemnity.
• Make coverage determinations and investigate complex matters (witness interviews, medical records).
• Present cases to committees and executives; mentor other adjusters and participate in training.
