You will oversee complex NY auto liability claims, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients and regulators to maintain optimal results. A NY Adjuster license is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing commercial auto claims adjusters.
• Experience handling New York commercial auto claims.
• Experience with bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Experience with litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Knowledge of New York auto claims regulations.
• Strong claims file review, reserve, compliance and claims-management experience.
• Ability to coach, manage and provide technical guidance to claims professionals.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
