Job summary

Elite Tek Services, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor to lead a New York‑based auto claims team. This is a fully remote, direct-hire role with preference for candidates on the East Coast.

You will oversee complex NY auto liability claims, coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with clients and regulators to maintain optimal results. A NY Adjuster license is required.

Direct Hire | Fully Remote | $100,000-$115,000

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor to oversee a New York commercial automobile liability claims team. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity, with preference for candidates located on the East Coast.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing commercial auto liability claims adjusters/examiners
• Strong experience handling and/or supervising New York commercial auto claims
• Experience with bodily injury and property damage claims
• Experience with both litigated and non-litigated claims
• Knowledge of New York automobile claims regulations and requirements
• Strong claims file review, reserve, compliance and claims-management experience
• Ability to coach, manage and provide technical guidance to claims professionals
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with New York No-Fault claims requirements, Article 51 and Regulation 68
• Experience supervising claims involving governmental or public-sector accounts
• Experience with claims audits, client file reviews and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Arbitration Forum and/or American Arbitration Association processes
