Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing commercial auto liability claims adjusters/examiners.
• Strong experience handling and/or supervising New York commercial auto claims.
• Experience with bodily injury and property damage claims.
• Experience with both litigated and non-litigated claims.
• Knowledge of New York automobile claims regulations and requirements.
• Strong claims file review, reserve, compliance and claims-management experience.
• Ability to coach, manage and provide technical guidance to claims professionals.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
