Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a Claims Examiner III to independently manage Commercial Auto, PIP/No-Fault, and General Liability claims in a fully remote contract role. The position requires a Texas resident with a New York license and involves analyzing complex exposures from initial review through final resolution.

You will collaborate with legal counsel, investigators, vendors, and other stakeholders to achieve fair, timely claim outcomes, maintain reserves, and develop settlement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Commercial Auto, PIP/No-Fault, and General Liability claims experience.
• Must live in Texas.
• Must have a New York License.
• Strong knowledge of coverage analysis, liability evaluation, reserving, negotiation, and litigation management.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Commercial Auto, PIP/No-Fault, and General Liability claims.
• Review policy language and determine coverage, liability, damages, and exposure.
• Establish and maintain appropriate claim reserves.
• Develop settlement and litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements within assigned authority.
• Coordinate with outside counsel, investigators, experts, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate file documentation, activity notes, and claim diaries.
• Prepare detailed reports addressing coverage, liability, damages, and recommendations.
• Identify subrogation, contribution, and risk-transfer opportunities.
• Deliver responsive, professional service to internal and external stakeholders.
