Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states virtually.
• Direct, supervise and evaluate claims workflow to meet department goals.
• Provide technical expertise to adjusters and review files for coverage issues and liability outcomes.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and assisting with hiring decisions for the team.
• Manage budgetary planning and resource use for the unit.
