Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group venture, is hiring a Sr. Supervisor for Commercial Casualty Claims with a remote-first setup across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims, provide coverage decisions, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality service while managing budgets and processes. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of casualty supervision, active adjuster licensing or the ability to obtain within 90 days,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casualty or bodily injury supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or licensed within 90 days of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; professional designations are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states virtually.
• Provide guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority.
• Oversee operations, staffing, and budgets for the claims unit.
• Lead training, performance appraisals, and coaching for staff.
