Job summary

Trinseo is seeking a Commercial Account Manager for Engineered Surfaces. The role focuses on developing OEM specifications for Engineered Surfaces materials and driving high-margin revenue with national accounts across multiple markets.

This is a remote role requiring 30–50% travel to customer sites across the United States. You will manage relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate global resources to meet account needs while maintaining accurate forecasts and margin

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, or engineering/chemistry required.
• 5+ years outside sales or customer-facing experience in Building & Construction or Engineered Surfaces or Plastics/Polymers.
• Experience selling to target industries (QSR, Marine, Retail, Healthcare, etc.) preferred.
• Project management experience highly preferred.
• CRM knowledge and ability to forecast sales and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and acquire new customers as a hunter.
• Understand specifier needs and offer creative engineered surface solutions.
• Promote Trinseo as a problem solver in Engineered Surfaces and sustainability.
• Grow revenue with national key accounts across defined markets.
• Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and reports.
