GoDaddy is seeking a Commerce Growth Director to accelerate adoption among high‑value merchants and lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy. The role includes owning narrative, proof points, training sellers, composing campaigns, and driving demand generation.

You will interview merchants, build prioritised growth bets, and align product priorities with customer needs while collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics. Remote or hybrid arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth, go-to-market, product marketing, commercialization, or a closely related field.

• Understand and prioritize the merchant: Build the segment strategy.
• Define the most attractive use cases, verticals, jobs to be done, buying triggers, and barriers within the $100K-$1M, $1M+ segments.
• Turn merchant insight into action through interviews, funnel analysis, and market research.
