Labela is seeking U.S.-based General Practitioners at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting to validate and audit AI-driven medical reasoning. This 100% remote, project-based engagement invites board-certified or board-eligible physicians to ensure safety and accuracy of frontier AI models used in general medical care.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
• Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.
• Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsabilités

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with AAFP standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate general medical case presentations.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for general medical care.
