Labela is seeking U.S.-based Urologists at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting to validate AI models. This flexible, remote role lets clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

You will review AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies, provide ground truth for complex cases, and advise on AI-driven decision support tools. Remote, project-based hours; California focus for this cohort; July 30 to August 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology (ABU).
• Senior resident or fellow (PGY-2+) training in Urology.
• United States citizenship or residency (based in the U.S.).

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic strategies to align with standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert ground truth for intricate urologic cases and imaging.
• Safety Oversight: Identify inaccuracies in AI outputs that could impact patient safety.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on AI-driven decision support tools for urologic care.
