Job summary

Fresh Prints LLC is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead a data-driven influencer program across TikTok and Instagram. You will identify high-fit creators, brief them effectively, and drive campaigns around sorority and collegiate moments to boost brand awareness and orders.

You will build long-term relationships with creators, negotiate clear terms, and measure impact beyond reach. This remote role supports a growing campus-focused apparel brand with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.
• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram as both a marketer and a consumer.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end: discovery, outreach, contracting, briefing, content review, and performance reporting.
• Experience negotiating with creators on rates, deliverables, and usage rights.
• Comfort with influencer management and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage a roster of multiple creators across simultaneous campaigns.
• Experience with or strong understanding of the Greek life / collegiate audience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a tiered influencer roster across TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop influencer campaign plans around key marketing moments: recruitment seasons, homecoming, formals, philanthropy, and product launches.
• Create clear, compelling creative briefs that balance brand on-brandness with creator authenticity.
• Manage logistics: outreach, contracting, product seeding, content review, approvals, and posting coordination.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators and negotiate fair terms.
• Track campaign performance and build reporting cadence for Brand team.
• Run post-mortems after major campaigns and refine the metrics for ROI over time.
