Job summary

Fresh Prints is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager to build and own a robust influencer strategy deeply embedded in the collegiate Greek life ecosystem. You will identify high-fit voices, brief creators, and drive campaigns that move brand awareness and orders.

Work from home with flexible hours across time zones; you’ll manage 30+ creators, negotiate fair rates, and optimize ROI with clear measurement and post-mortems to inform future activations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a tiered influencer roster across TikTok and Instagram.
• Develop influencer campaign plans around key marketing moments (recruitment, homecoming, formals).
• Brief creators clearly to stay on-brand while preserving authentic voice.
• Manage logistics: outreach, contracting, seeding, content review, approvals, posting.
