LOVB, a mission-driven volleyball organization, seeks a College Recruiting Support Associate/Intern to assist the Director of College Recruiting with athlete exposure, social media presence, and administrative support. This remote US-based role offers flexible travel for events and the chance to contribute to a growing, women-first sports platform.

The internship runs January 4th, 2027 - July 31st, 2027, with responsibilities spanning content creation, social engagement, and database upkeep,

Qualifications

Experience using social media platforms and producing content with analytics.
LOVB alum preferred.
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sports Management or related field.

Responsibilities

Manage LOVB Recruiting day social media content and activities including uploading recruiting videos to our instagram and youtube channel.
Create short form video content (ex: Reels, Tiktok, stories for distribution).
Manage google classroom, HUDL for LOVB Clubs.
Provide real time platform coverage during live matches and events by traveling to tournaments or clubs 3-4 times per season for recruiting content including Nationals for AAU and USAV.
Help our national recruiting director with daily admin duties and assist with tracking and evaluating club players, maintaining the internal athlete database.
