egelloC is a fast-growing education coaching company helping students and families navigate the college admissions process. We provide long-term guidance for highly selective universities across the United States, with a focus on UC/CSU systems and Top 100 institutions.

We are building a fully remote global team of coaches, strategists, editors, client success professionals, and operations specialists to deliver individualized admissions strategies and timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of college admissions coaching, counseling, or mentoring required.
• Experience as an IEC and/or Public High School Counselor preferred.
• Experience managing the full college admissions counseling process from planning to submission.
• Deep familiarity with UC and CSU admissions systems, PIQs, and admissions positioning.
• Strong understanding of Top 100 U.S. universities and admissions strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching and accountability for students and families.
• Develop strategic admissions plans aligned with students' interests and target universities.
• Advise on positioning for UC and Common App submissions.
• Communicate clearly with families, offering transparency and guidance throughout the journey.
• Monitor progress, identify gaps, and intervene to keep students on track.
• Collaborate with Essay Editing, Client Success, and leadership teams for a seamless experience.
• Lead Zoom meetings, deliver feedback, and build trust with students and parents.
