RevCycle, Inc. is seeking Collection Representatives to join our remote team. This role is fully remote, but only candidates residing in Wisconsin, Kansas, Georgia, Oklahoma, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, South Carolina, or North Carolina are eligible.

You will guide consumers with past-due medical balances toward practical payment solutions and maintain strict privacy and compliance standards. Training is provided with a clear progression: $20/hour during training hours, then $17.00/hour

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Comfort with high-volume call handling and documentation.
• Ability to navigate compliance requirements and maintain accurate notes.
