Account Control Technology seeks a motivated Remote Call Center Representative in Houston. The role focuses on negotiating payments for delinquent accounts by phone, assessing financial situations, and applying creative solutions to recover balances.

You will work from home with biweekly in-office training in the Houston market. Candidates should have prior collections experience, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to document interactions clearly while meeting call

Qualifications

• Must have prior collections work history.
• Ability to assess the consumer’s financial condition by conducting inquiries.
• Determine the reason for delinquency and propose solutions to resolve the situation.
• Track and maintain all customer accounts through the collection process.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations governing collections.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments on past due accounts via telephone.
• Perform account maintenance: reviews, aging, balances, payments, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
