Job summary

Firstsource Solutions, through its ARSI division, is hiring a Collection Representative in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will handle high-volume calls, negotiate payment plans, and document activity in our systems while complying with regulations.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, in-office/remote options, and a monthly performance bonus. Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and customer-service experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous collections, sales, telemarketing, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound collection calls professionally and respectfully.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while adhering to all federal, state, client, and company compliance requirements.
• Manage an active portfolio of 250+ accounts and work toward monthly performance goals.
• Accurately document account activity and maintain detailed records within collection systems.
• Research, verify, and update account information using approved data sources.
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings to support professional development and success.
