Progressive Leasing, a leading FinTech lease-to-own provider, seeks Remote Collections Representatives to handle outbound and inbound calls and collect on past-due accounts from a home-based role near El Paso, Texas.

Training is 5 weeks, full-time, with shifts 6:00 AM–8:00 PM, $14.25 hourly plus bonus; verified Spanish fluency adds 5% to hourly pay. Must reside within 60 miles of El Paso to qualify.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers and multiple software applications.
