Progressive Leasing is seeking a Remote Collections Representative to handle outbound and inbound calls and pursue past-due accounts from a home-based setup. The position supports customers across a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas, with flexible shifts and training.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and prior collections experience with impeccable interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent; 18 years or older.
• AI-enabled tools are already part of how work gets done and will expand over time.

Remote Collections Representative

This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for outbound and inbound calls, collecting on accounts that are past due
• Provide top tier support and service to our customers

Training & Scheduling

• Start Date: Monday, November 2, 2026
• Virtual Training: 5 weeks, Full Time/mandatory, Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM; 100% attendance required
• Full Time Shifts Available: Weekdays between 6:00AM-8:00PM, Saturdays Required: 6:30AM-3:00PM
• Specific evening hours and weekend hours earn more hourly

Compensation

• Compensation: $14.25/HR + BONUS
• Verified Spanish fluency will receive a 5% hourly pay increase

Work-from-Home Requirements

• You must be located within a 60-mile radius of El Paso, TX
• You must have a designated home-based workspace (one that is quiet and free from distractions)
• You must have a wired internet connection with internet service speeds of at least 10 mbps download and 4 mbps upload to ensure continuous support through excellent call quality and high-speed response rates (wireless, DSL, and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems)
