Responsibilities include liaising with the Credit department, handling inquiries from clients and vendors, and processing related financial reconciliations and charges. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of call center, collections, customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact assigned clients who are past due in payments and are delinquent after 60 days.
• Document conversations and record anticipated payment dates and follow-up actions.
• Prepare write-off documents and coordinate with third-party collection agencies.
• Collaborate with Credit department on open or potential credit issues.
• Research credit balances/open cash as needed.
• Address inquiries from clients and vendors professionally.
• Work on reconciliations for past due and pre-paid accounts and initiate corrective entries.
• Process monthly/daily credit card charges for advertisers.
