Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Collections Analyst (Dominican Republic) to drive the credit-to-cash cycle. You will analyze customer financials, review payment patterns, and manage accounts receivable for a defined customer base. This role requires strong data entry, English proficiency, and collaboration with sales and operations.

The position is based for the Caribbean Central America organization with remote work options and growth opportunities in accounting/finance disciplines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.
• Strong data entry skills and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer financials using financial data (balance sheets, income statements).
• Analyze trade payment reports and customer payment patterns.
• Review security agreements, personal guarantees and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for specified customer base, including collections and reconciliation.
• Manage credit lines for specified market or customer base.
• Manage customer order release based on credit lines and AR status.
• Resolve root-cause issues in the credit-to-cash cycle with sales and operations.
