Legion Health is seeking collaborating psychiatrists (MD or DO) to supervise PMHNPs through secure telehealth nationwide. This remote, part-time contractor role combines clinical responsibility with modern clinical infrastructure.

Legion recruits and vets PMHNPs, handles operational tasks, and supports clinicians with credentialing, scheduling, and billing. Enjoy compensation ranging from $50K to $150K per year with strong clinical autonomy and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice medicine in at least one US jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely using EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with PMHNPs treating low- to medium-acuity patients using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct chart reviews and provide timely guidance on diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Review and authorize prescriptions, including controlled substances where allowed.
• Be available during agreed working hours and support PMHNP shifts as required by state rules.
• Mentor clinicians and reinforce Legion's standards and responsible-prescribing protocols.
• Help Legion expand access to high-quality psychiatric care nationwide.
