Job summary

The Nectar Group is seeking a Remote Cognitive & Academic Coach to work with K–12 and adult learners across the United States. This role offers a flexible daytime, after-school, and weekend schedule with a minimum 3 days per week and up to 32 hours weekly.

You will use a neuroscience-based curriculum, deliver individualized coaching remotely, and help students unlock their potential within a structured, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, OT, or related field.
• Must live in the United States.
• Experience with children and/or adult learners of all abilities.
• Available a minimum of three days per week with daytime, after-school, or weekend hours.
• Background check required.
• Physically able to lift 25 lbs.
• Professional, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching in cognitive skills, academics, study habits, and emotional regulation.
• Follow and adapt our structured curriculum to individual client needs.
• Build rapport and motivate students toward long-term success.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Psychology, OT, or related field)
