Job summary

The Nectar Group is hiring a Remote Cognitive & Academic Coach to support students in Cognitive skills, study habits, and academic coaching from a private home office in the United States. This is a remote, part-time W2 role with flexible scheduling and set hours within our open times.

You will work one-on-one with students of varying abilities, using a neuroscience-based curriculum. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, are US-based, and can commit to 3+ days per week, including some

Qualifications

• Experience with children and/or adult learners of all abilities.
• Must be able to work three days per week or more.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a professional, distraction-free home office.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching in cognitive skills, academics, study habits, and emotional regulation.
• Follow and adapt our structured curriculum to individual client needs.
• Build rapport and motivate students toward long-term success.
