Job summary

The Nectar Group is hiring a Remote Cognitive & Academic Coach to work with students (K-12 and adults) in a flexible, part-time W2 role. You will coach cognitive skills, study habits, and emotional regulation using a neuroscience-based curriculum, 16–32 hours/week, and 3–4 days weekly.

You must have a BA/BS, live in the U.S., and pass a background check. A distraction-free home office, reliable internet, and HIPAA-conscious practices are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Education, Psychology, OT, or related field)
• Must live in the United States
• Experience with children and/or adult learners of all abilities
• Available a minimum of three days per week - daytime, after-school, or weekend hours
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be physically able to lift 25 lbs
• Must have a professional, distraction-free home office
• No background noise, pets, or household interruptions
• Reliable high-speed internet
• Must maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA-sensitive environment)
