Job summary

Providence’s Physician Management Group seeks a Revenue Integrity Coding Educator to advance accurate, compliant coding across specialties by auditing medical records and coaching teams. This role develops and delivers training materials, identifies trends, and partners with clinical and Revenue Cycle leaders to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

• National certifications in coding or health information management (e.g., AAPC, AHIMA).
• Minimum 5 years in medical insurance reimbursement and coding related to charge review.

Responsibilities

• Audit medical records and coded services for accuracy.
• Develop and deliver training materials on CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS and payer rules.
• Partner with Revenue Cycle leaders to implement corrective actions and monitor outcomes.
