Job summary

Providence Health & Services is seeking a Revenue Integrity Coding Educator who advances accurate, compliant coding across specialties by auditing medical records, translating CPT/ICD-10-CM/HCPCS rules into practical training, and coaching providers, coders, and teams. This is a fully remote role.

The educator develops training materials, identifies trends in documentation and denial patterns, partners with clinical and Revenue Cycle leaders to implement corrective actions, and monitors outcomes

Qualifications

• National certifications listed: AAPC or AHIMA as specified.
• 5 years experience in medical insurance reimbursement, medical billing, and coding related to charge review and RVUs.
• Experience reviewing patient accounts, EOBs, and financial records.
