This role offers a full-time position, with a compensation range of $70,000 to $75,000 per year, and is primarily remote for residents in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical coding experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting required.
• One of the following certifications is required: CPC or CCS-P.
• Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute provider coding education and documentation compliance.
• Manage and supervise the coding team.
• Conduct regular audits to verify coding accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Software

Experience with eClinicalWorks

Attention to detail

Bilingual Spanish/English

Education
