• Assists coding education specialists with education for physicians and providers on coding and billing.
• Develops workplans for coding education specialists with measurable goals.
• Supervises and prioritizes daily work of coding education specialists.
• Oversees education on clinical documentation improvement.
• Manages hiring, training, performance and recognition of staff.
• Monitors trainings and maintains logs for compliance.
