Sonova is seeking a Cochlear Implant Consumer Specialist (CICS) for remote Inside Sales in the United States. The role focuses on engaging candidates, educating them about cochlear implants and Advanced Bionics solutions, and guiding them through the decision journey.

You will manage inquiries, schedule and run virtual meetings, and collaborate with field teams to move opportunities forward. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree and have experience with adult and pediatric patients.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in engaging adult and pediatric patients is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build trusted relationships with prospective cochlear implant candidates by understanding their needs and guiding decisions.
• Engage candidates via phone, email, SMS/text, webchat, video meetings, and other channels.
• Provide education about cochlear implantation and Advanced Bionics solutions.
• Manage candidate leads through the sales funnel and follow up to drive progression.
• Document candidate interactions and outcomes in Salesforce and other systems.
