Job summary

OneSource Virtual (OSV) is seeking a COBRA Specialist to support clients and participants enrolled in COBRA programs. This remote role emphasizes accurate service, timely responses, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

In this position you will process events, coordinate with vendors, and assist with Open Enrollment while maintaining strong communication across teams and with customers. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in COBRA administration or benefits is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively via telephone, email and in-person.
• Process qualifying events and participant terminations.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Support COBRA enrollment planning and Open Enrollment.
• Collaborate with internal staff and vendors to resolve issues.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and grace periods.
• Perform duties as assigned by manager.
