Qualifications
- 5+ years leadership experience in automation or robotics projects.
- 5+ years hands-on robotics engineering with hardware design and prototyping.
- Experience building scalable physical automation solutions from scratch.
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on rapid prototyping and shipping.
Responsibilities
- Co-manage the company alongside the commercial co-founder and align technical strategy with business goals.
- Hands-on development and prototyping; architect MVP integrating physical AI with hardware.
- Define tech stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a small robotics team and drive hardware-software co-development workflows.
