Job description

Design the systems that bring humanoid robots to life.

We're partnering with an ambitious robotics company developing next-generation humanoid systems designed for practical real-world applications.

As part of the company's first US engineering team, you'll take ownership of the mechanical and electromechanical systems that power advanced robotic platforms. This is a hands-on engineering role with real impact, where you'll see the systems you design move from concept through prototype and into deployed hardware.

This is the ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving difficult engineering problems and wants to work on products that exist beyond simulation.

What you'll be doing
  • Designing mechanical and mechatronic subsystems
  • Developing actuators, joints, drivetrains and sensor-integrated systems
  • Selecting and integrating motors, encoders and control electronics
  • Building and testing prototypes at pace
  • Debugging complex systems across mechanical, electrical and firmware layers
  • Working closely with software, controls and hardware teams
  • Taking ownership of designs from concept through to working hardware
