Qualifications

• MD/DO/PharmD or PhD in life sciences or Master’s with equivalent psychiatry or CNS clinical experience.
• Strong business acumen; understands the industry, business model and value proposition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; professional maturity and cross-functional work ability.
• Ability to lead others and project teams strategically.
• Summarize and communicate complex information clearly in presentations and interactions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute a clinical and scientific perspective to local execution plans and field activities.
• Build and nurture relationships with scientific and medical customers and organizations within territory.
• Develop deep understanding of the ecosystem to align with patient-centric strategies and ensure optimal patient care.
• Provide evidence-based information spanning clinical, economic, and humanistic aspects to stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and support corporate medical affairs activities including safety, education, and trials.
