Job summary

Prodensa Group s.r.o. is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to support a European manufacturer of gantry/portal milling machines in Germany.

The role focuses on electrical/electromechanical troubleshooting, on-site service, and customer-facing support. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hands-on field service, CNC milling/turning experience, and familiarity with Siemens and/or Heidenhain controls.

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training in a related field (electrician, electronics/mechatronics, or similar).
• 2–3 years of hands-on field service experience.
• Practical experience with CNC milling/turning machines and servicing gantry/portal systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service across Germany.
• Diagnose and fix electrical/electronic faults on gantry milling machines.
• Perform inspections, maintenance and repairs; support installations and commissioning.
• Conduct fault analysis and ensure machines are operational before handover.
• Work independently or with a colleague for larger interventions.
• Communicate with customers and provide professional on-site support.
