Lincoln Electric is seeking a reliable Field Service Technician to travel across North America, primarily the US, to commission, train, troubleshoot, and repair CNC equipment at customer sites. You will provide remote support when not in the field and document service activities for continuous improvement.

The role requires electronics/industrial tech background, ability to read schematics, and strong customer service. Travel-intensive, with a focus on safety and quality.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Electronics or related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% across North America; 90% in the US.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot CNC systems.
• Experience with field service, technical support, and documentation.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite training, commissioning, and repair of CNC equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver technical support by phone or email and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software components; define root causes.
• Complete service logs and quality control reports; create training docs.
• Collaborate with production and sales to improve customer satisfaction and systems.
• Complete travel and expense reports promptly; adhere to safety protocols.
