The ideal candidate has strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, PLC/HMI/robot programming experience, and the ability to read prints.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; technical schooling preferred.
• Associates degree in electrical/mechatronics or robotics is desirable.
• 4+ years electrical troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, testing, training, installs and maintenance.
• Deliver a consistent, positive customer service experience.
• Travel to customer sites and work on-site or in-house locations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, HMI, robot programming, and fieldbus systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints; complete documentation on time.
