Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics Technology or 3+ years relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the year across North America (US, Canada, Mexico).
• Current and valid US passport and driver's license with clean record.
• Proficiency reading electrical schematics and using a handheld volt/amp meter.
• Experience with 3-phase and single-phase equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite training, commissioning, and repair of CNC equipment and related products.
• Offer technical support onsite or by phone for new and existing customers.
• Troubleshoot and determine root causes of failures in software, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Maintain detailed service logs and field/quality reports.
• Create procedures for internal training and continuous improvement.
