Job summary

The CMMS Administrator at Syner-G in San Diego, CA, will maintain and support the CMMS, ensuring data accuracy, work order management, and equipment records across Maintenance, Calibration and Facilities teams.

Responsibilities include managing training records under GXP, handling service contracts, inventory control, and generating leadership reports. This role demands strong organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent with 2-4 years in a GXP pharma/biotech manufacturing environment.
• AA degree or equivalent with 3-5 years in a GXP environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & troubleshoot CMMS database for the site.
• Enter, remove and modify information for equipment in CMMS.
• Develop and maintain equipment service files and manuals.
• Ensure timely generation and reconciliation of Maintenance & Calibration Work Orders.
• Administer department training program with tracking of training records.
